Move your infrastructure off US hyperscalers. Cleanly.
dealvault is an independent infrastructure migration firm helping French and EU mid-market companies exit AWS, Azure and GCP for EU sovereign clouds — starting with a readiness assessment, then a migration plan scoped and quoted to your stack.
The decision is no longer theoretical.
Three converging mandates are pushing infrastructure leaders to act in the next 12 to 18 months — not in 2030.
January 2027 portability
The EU Data Act, fully enforced since September 2025, mandates effective cloud-service portability by January 2027. Switching providers must be technically and contractually possible — without lock-in penalties.
DORA exit-strategy mandate
Financial entities under DORA must maintain documented, tested exit strategies for every critical ICT third-party — including hyperscalers. Regulators (ACPR, FCA, EBA) are now reviewing them in audits.
US CLOUD Act exposure
Data hosted with US-headquartered providers — even on EU regions — remains reachable under the CLOUD Act. Schrems II made transfer mechanisms harder to defend, and DPOs are now flagging the risk to boards.
Independent. Multi-vendor. Infrastructure-only.
We are not a reseller. We are not a Scaleway or OVHcloud sales arm. We assess your stack, recommend the right EU sovereign target — sometimes more than one — and execute the migration with senior engineers.
We focus exclusively on infrastructure: compute, storage, networking, data platforms, observability and identity. SaaS and communications are out of scope, on purpose.
Three stages. Each one quoted to your stack.
We don't publish a price list. Every infrastructure is different — services in use, data volumes, network topology, regulatory perimeter, downtime tolerance. What we commit to is a clear scope, a written quote, and no surprises mid-project.
